Your body and soul are possessed by many spirits both good and bad.
Love is a good spirit and one that we feel every day of our existence, peace is another which we cherish.

Fear can be a good a good spirit if we sense terrible danger and need to extricate ourselves in a hurry; however, irrational fear in clutch situations is a spirit that can demolish us when we are possessed by it. The winner in you can evolve by appealing to the universal spirit the lord of all spirits with a supplication for help to exorcise the irrational spirit.

If you are a sportsman you know the feeling. In clutch situations you are gripped with a fear you are unable to conquer. You are haunted by it. The fear changes your body chemistry drastically and you fumble and miss your target completely. Fear embarrasses you and you crack under pressure. You are labelled a choker.

You shake uncontrollably even though you know the fear is irrational and has absolutely no basis for existing yet the demon is there raising its ugly head each time you are challenged.

Exorcise the demons

You may be a golfer, a bowler, a relief baseball pitcher or participant in any sport where you are in the clutch situation and winning or losing is entirely in your hands. You need nerves of steel. They always come through in the clutch. Winners are in control and have more fun. If you think you are a loser now and need to change you can influence your sub conscious mind to transform your feelings with images that identify the fears as bad spirits. These spirits must be banished before the personality transformation takes place.

Dear Spirit of the universe source of all knowledge and power I need your help in ridding me of a destructive negative spirit.

My inner spirit is self destructive and paralyses me in clutch situations and spells defeat for me even though my talents promise me success in everything I do.

When success is at hand I become the slave of my irrational fears, I have never been able to conquer this self defeatist attitude and I pray that your spirit will help me.

This is why I am turning to you dear Spirit of the universe the source of all knowledge and power.

I need your help in banishing the irrational spirit of fear that torments me when the spirit of confidence deserts me.

I implore your intercession, your inspiration and your blessing so that somehow I will know what steps to take to rid myself once and for all of this unwelcome fear-inducing spirit.
