Notes of the heart.

Rosy cheeks and stolen kisses, in the winter sun
Like children at play, a snowbound paradise awakening
Silent emotions surfacing in the winter, a playground of innocence
Romance blossoming unexpectedly, the first snowflake of decadence
Caressing the spirit, stroking the fire within the essence of every whim
Yearning for sweet acceptance, a wanton need that is beholden to higher aspirations

Gently falling snow, slowly fluttering soft
Delicately spiraling down, shimmering in winter
Love hidden within its light, a reflection of the heart
Embrace fueled with longing desire, tempered by affection
An ache that transcends time, warmth encompassing the soul
Surrendering inhibitions, forgiving sorrows of bitter pasts come undone
