According to the Romanies if they had someone that they desire they would use a good spell that would ensure that the person they desire would respond. It is siad that if they gather a fresh rose and two red candles and just before sunrise the next morning go out side and face east and place a red candle on each side of the rose keeping the rose in front of them. While inhaling the perfume from the rose they would  say alound, This red rose is for true love, True love come to me. Then the romanies would go back in side and put the rose in it’s original position. They would light the candles and imagine love burning in the heart of the one they long for they would keep the candles lit day and night until the rose fades. ( it is said the if they extinguished the candles the incantation would be broken) When the rose was dead they would pinch out the candles and bury the rose. Now if this woked or not I am not sure, but it would be cool if did cause it would mean you would fall in love with your true love and I think that’s all any body wants.
