A letter to Mr. President concerning the war. A Military Family Plea.
Poetry for thought.

Dear, Mr. President hear my cry
Will the war end before I die
Families suffer from week to week
Love ones away from home fighting overseas
Fighting for our country, helping it to be free I understand that to be
But, Mr. President will the war ever bring us peace?
Will the suffering cease?
Love ones fighting for our Freedom
Some of them die
Mr. President will you help us to survive?
Oh, Mr. President please hear my cry
Will the war end before I die?
