A letter of love expresses a lot in many ways.

Before there was texting or cell phones we would write love letters to the ones we admired, it was something that we would put in our dresser drawers or a scrap book, etc. Now more people text each other or email each other, which is okay, but nothing takes the place of your hand-written expression of love for your partner like a love letter.

There are ways to write attractive love letters that will touch the heart of the one you love and admire. The first thing is to use a personal salutation such as “My Dearest Lisa” or “My Darling Dan,” this is a great start to get the emotion flowing. In the body of your letter you want to write what you love about your partner and your deepest feelings for her or him.

Include your hopes and dreams for future plans to share with your partner, write about the most significant moments you shared with your partner. Tell them the things you two have in common and how this could be a factor in your relationship. Avoid writing things like “I know you probably don’t feel the same,” this will show doubt and diminish the true feelings you are expressing. You want to be confident and know that your message will be well received.

If poetry is something you are good at; then write a love poem that will last forever. Remember, these are some of the things that you can do to keep a relationship strong, and you should keep your relationship as you would a precious gem. No one is perfect, but you can try!

Certainly a good way of expressing your love to your significant other.
