This is more proof that I wrote Barton Protective Services my concerns about my employment (relating to my Lawyer poem). No one from management ever called me. I found out through my school that I was fire. Is this a manner a reputable business handle a harassment claim? It is a disgrace how the employers and board members treat working class people as myself. Am I suppose to suffer verbal/mental abuse and disrespect because I get paid less?

February 7, 2000   Account ManagerMr. Jose Vasquez& Barton ProtectiveServices Inc.   I am very displeased with the action Ms. Roberta Ybarra has taken against me. Ms. Ybarra has added more injury to my harassment from Mrs & Mr Hill. It has been: My experience from a year and four months that Ms. Ybarra likes to belittle, strong arm, and intimidate employees; who are in her office for a meeting or some sort of reprimanding of Barton Protective Services Inc. rules. My examples are: October 29, 1998 meeting where I thought I needed more training, so I wrote a small note to Mr. Kenneth Odwong. It wasn’t a resignation letter as Ms. Ybarra suggested. It was a letter for assistance. The important facto was the letter was address to Mr. Odwong not Ms. Ybarra. I made an honest attempt in that meeting to give Ms. Ybarra the benefit of doubt against my gut feelings. I was indeed foolish because Ms. Ybarra stated, “I was immature like her two year old family member and I wanted pity from my co-workers. Also, she said that she  didn’t like my tone of voice. 

Mr. Vasquez other examples are S/O Antonie and S/O Victor. Bunker Hill Condominiums Tower can be very prejudice. I heard all gossips about these individuals which were insane, crazy man for S/O Antonie and stalker for S/O Victor. I do not want to chance the same mental anguish. I made a proper complaint against Mrs & Mr Hill. I followed the right procedures in documenting the hara-ssment. I can not comprehend why Ms. Ybarra has taken me off BHTCA post. I belive my attendance and non-tardiness record at BHTCA post are excellent under your supervison. I do not know what is going on, but I am going to find out in a diplomatic manner. I’m requesting for a copy of my employee record. I need to understand what was the urgency to remove me from BHTCA post.  I need to know if I am still employed at Barton Protective Services INC. It is not my desire to be transfer from BHTCA post. I did not wrong! I have been loyal and dedicated to BHTCA. I also have been polite and friendly to BHTCA tenants. If and the operated word is if I been accused of doing anything wrong. I believe I have a right to know, so I could take the appropriate steps to correct the matter legally. I have already express my dissatisfaction with Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Larson and BHTCA board members by certify letter. I also requesting a meeting with you, Ms. Ybarra, Mrs. Allen, Mrs. Larson on a Friday afternoon at their convenient schedule. Mr. Vasquez, I had not pick up my check (last Friday) nor will I pick up the next paycheck until this explosive matter is resolve.  Sincerely yours,Ms. Sophialaurenea Y. Destine
