Many young adults have a larger allowance than mine. I deserve a bigger allowance for many reasons. I need money when I spend time with friends, not to mention, I do so many chores. I am also much more responsible. So, I can spend my money on the right things. These reasons all result in the fact that I deserve a bigger allowance.

I am spending more time with my friends outside of school. I am getting older and because of that I am making new friends. Friends like Randy and Kevin. I should be able to go out with my friends. For instance I would like to be able to go to the movies with my friends. I can’t though because I don’t have enough money. So many of my friends have a larger allowance than mine. For example Kevin gets paid $15 a week. You don’t want me to be an outcast with my friends… Do you? I hope not because not only am I making new friends; I am doing more chores.

I do so many chores around the house. Like cleaning, vacuuming, and dishes. I almost feel overwhelmed with the number of chores. If it is even possible I will do even more chores. I try my hardest on all my chores. I even try my hardest to make all of the dishes spotless. I would try just as hard on all of the new chores I would get. Doing all of these chores would show that I am also getting more responsible.

A very important part of me getting a raise in my allowance is my responsibility. Like controlling myself and my emotions. So u should be happy to know that I am. I know with age comes responsibility. If you expect more responsibility from me then I believe I should expect a larger allowance from you.

All of these facts I stated conclude that I not only deserve but need a bigger allowance. I need money when I spend time with friends. I do so many chores. I am also much more responsible. So, I can spend my money the way I should. These reasons all result in the fact that I deserve a bigger allowance. Remember, all students of the Earth including me are the future of our planet.
