It was so great to hear from you!  I am so glad that you wrote and told me what you have been up to.  I’m so happy for you and your new position.  It must be exciting to travel all over the world, meeting new people and visiting new places.

It has been a couple of months since we have been married and things have been going along wonderfully.  I can’t believe how time flies, I still keep going over our wedding day like it was yesterday.  Yes I know I am gushing and that the newness will wear off, but for right now I love this feeling.  Making lunch and dinner for someone else besides me is something I never expected to do, I really thought marriage was never going to happen and I was okay with that.  I had my career, my house and my friends; I didn’t feel I needed anything more. 

Than one day an old friend called me up at of the blue and asked if I wouldn’t mind being fixed up.  I thought, “Why not?”  So I went out on this blind date and I didn’t have any expectations, just to have a good time.  Well we went to see “Schindler’s List”, a big mistake – I cried through the whole movie.  You remember what I look like when I cry, my eyes get all red and puffy and my nose is red – not a pretty sight at all.  So guess what, that date didn’t work out, but it made me think.  Maybe, just maybe, there was someone out there for me.

So I found the man of my dreams and now we are living happily ever after.  There is more to come, but I need to sign off for now.  Please let me know what Spain was like and what you did there.
