Dear Mom,

Thank you mom for giving me the strength to be the super hero that I am today. Your vision of my future was 100% accurate. Your home baked pies left me breathless. Whenever you need me, I am always ready to fly right over to see you. I may be the Man of Steel, but I am putty in your arms.

I enjoy living in Metropolis. It’s a great city. I love working as a newspaper reporter for the Daily Planet. I’ve been seeing a lot of Lois Lane recently. I can’t tell you how serious our relationship is at this point. I have a new friend. His name is Jimmy Olson. He’s a photographer for the Daily Planet. I spend a lot of time fighting villains and criminals. I also have saved many people from disasters. I miss seeing you. I love Smallville. You were right, however, that I must move on with my life and fulfill my destiny. I’m looking forward to seeing you and dad on Mother’s Day. I may even be bringing over Lois Lane with me.
