Dear Donald Tsang,
 I am here to complain how the pollution in my area are really affecting my life. The noise made from the plane that fly across my house, dogs barking and all those cars passing across my house. I’m a man in my 70’s and I have many breathing problems like asthma. The carbon emissions from the cars are always triggering my asthma giving me a hard time to sleep or even go out of the house. So, I am here to ask you to give a speech or anything to Hong Kong about the carbon emissions in Hong Kong and how it is effecting us elderlies live. The other problem is that I have a son and he is an environmentalist. He’s been into ‘saving the earth’ gig for a long time and has been trying to reduce the fossil fuel by advertising the usage of environmentally friendly vehicles, for example, the Toyota Prius hybrid.  For some reason he was unsuccessful and I’m asking you to support the environmentalist team and give a speech for us elder.
