Dear Sir or Madam:

Hello my name is blank,and I am writing this letter to tell you about your product that I purchased. I recently purchased  a Mac book Pro, an apple ipod touch and a printer and wanted to tell you what I thought of it. Let me just say I love all of these products, and they work very well.

The laptop is very fast and extremely lightweight. Its easy to use and carry around. This laptop is also great for school because it’s very thin and light ,making it easy to carry. The ipod touch is a very good product. I use it all the time and love to use it. It’s very simple, making it easy to use and understand. The printer is very fast and well made and I things I liked about the printer as well as the rest of the items I bought. 

The dislikes I have about your products is that it’s very pricey. After I left the apple store when the  bill came out to be almost $1,550. You should have something already installed into the computer like a typing program (like Microsoft Word). Those are all my animosities that I have.

There is one thing the apple ipod touch it didn’t come with, head phones. I even watched an un-boxing video and they weren’t where they were suppose to be. I don’t know if that’s a common error. So if you can send me some headphones that will be very appreciated.
