I truly appreciate it!

To all of you who commented on my article Life Will Never Be The Same, I just want to say

I very much appreciate your kind & supportive comments.

Your words touched me more than you will know.

It has been a very difficult time and we are trying to work through it but it will take a very long time.

Again, I cannot go into details but it something I never dreamed in my worst nightmares could happen.

I am sure many of you thought it was my marriage breaking down – it’s not that but it certainly has put a strain on us – on the whole family and outside family.

I love my family so much. Family is everything to me, always has been and always will be.

I do not know how we will get through it but I know that our love is strong enough that with counselling and a lot of help, support & patience, we will. At least I pray that we will.

Christine & Jimbo, thank you. I am alright but very sad and confused.

At the same time as all of this, we are arranging for our daughter’s wedding next year. She turned 20 this past weekend as well

This has been such a roller coaster of emotions.

I truly appreciate all of your kind words & support and, as I said, meant a lot to me.

Thank you!

Nina

Nina…you have a lot of community outside your immediate family pulling for you and up-holding you in positive throughts and prayers…one never truly appreciates the beauty and warmth of the sunshine until after the storm clouds have all rolled away…I voted that I like this one because i displays tremendous fortitude and courage to bare one’s soul and personal feelings…Keep you chin up bucky…Thanks and take care…

Nina – I’m sorry, I read your earlier work but could not express my thoughts at the time. I prayed for you, but forgot to go back.

I pray that God would carry you through this valley, and that you would be able to express true joy and love for your daughter as she prepares to be wed.

The poem that you quoted at the end was also beautiful – “The moments that take our breath away” is a beautiful way to express the wonders and joys of this life. The gut-wrenching tragedies of life also take our breath away. You will never be the same. All of the experiences of our lives and the way we have responded to them become part of who we are.

    With love and prayers,
    Karen

Take care and good luck to you, life has some bad times, and it seems like we cannot get through it at the time, but then later on, we see the sun shine down on us again.

Praying for you – that God will send somone who can give you hope, feel better and be able to trust in Him, who will undo the bad that we may experience and make everything good in the near future in the New World that He will create. Revelation 21:1-5

Whatever it is, your strong resolve will surely let you through. Yes, I thought it was your marriage too or some relationship. Cheer up Nina.

    THANK YOU all so much!

    I feel your support.
When I joined Triond I never expected such a strong community. I just thought I would be writing and had no idea there would be a family type bond.

It is amazing how the sun continues to shine and life goes on as it must.

Marja, I do trust in God. I cannot imagine getting through this without Him.
