How lovely it was to receive a text from you the other day.

I am doing well, I’m living in Los Angeles with Keila.  We are starting a cover band named Positive Soda Inn.  Or The Landing Of the Owls. We haven’t quite decided yet.  We are not really popular exactly, yet, but we have our world tour planned for when we hit big.  I expect that will be around 2013 or so, so keep an ear open for us.  We specialize in cover songs, we can cover almost anything.  It doesn’t always sound good, but we can cover just about any song that the audience requests.  And in the end, if you can please the fans, that’s what its all about.

I’m technically unemployed, but it is just a temporary phase I am going through.  I start another AmeriCorps program in September.  It is in Federal Way Washington working on a reading program in a low income elementary school.  Its not exactly my field, but it sounds like fun anyways.

So, when do you think we should plan our trip to India?  I am thinking next summer would work for me. I guess we should get with Liz and Amanda and the others and see when it works for everyone else.

So, please, do tell.  What music are you digging right now? What are you reading?  I could use a little Katie V B influence in my current music and book collections.  Are you employed? And if so, what are you doing and where?  I hope you are happy.

I look back on our cross country goodwill trip with fondness, and often find myself laughing with amusement at our antics. I hope to hear from you soon.  Here is my email ________.
