As he moved his eyeballs around, he caught a glimpse of a figure through the glass wall.  It was coming toward him.  His heart started beating faster.  As the figure approached, Adrian started to lose his sight again.  Now all he could see was blurry spots.  He could not make out the figure.  Adrian opened his mouth but words wouldn’t come out.  The figure approached and spoke to Adrian.  However, all Adrian heard was the something about the color green.  He didn’t know what was going on.

            The paralysis was starting to wear off, but it was being replaced by pain.  Adrian did not know where this pain was coming from but now he wished to be paralyzed again.  He started screaming.  What was this figure, this thing, doing to him?  Through his pain he thought that he surely must have been abducted by aliens and is now being cut open. 

            The pain was getting sharper and sharper.  Adrian screamed and screamed, but that did not make the pain go away.  Through his screams he heard another figure say the name “Anna,” and yet another figure say, “Yea, she died exactly 4 minutes and 11 seconds ago.  Save this one!”    What was going on, he thought?  Anna was the name of his love interest.

            As Anna rushed through his mind, and as the pain rushed through his body he was hopeless.  Then, all of a sudden, all of that seemed to evaporate as Adrian was once again absorbed by the blinding light.

            Dr. Green pronounced Adrian dead at exactly 11:43 pm, and Anna dead 4 minutes and 11 seconds before that.
