A pathologist examines two dead young women and passes sections of organs to pathology for examination. The pathologist examines the specimens and questions the accuracy of the collection of tissue. When the collection has been confirmed the answer is devastating. The impact of this finding stretches far beyond the lives and families of the two women.
She sat back in the chair. It took five minutes for the cheering to stop.
Later that night when the Fullers were alone Bonnie looked at her husband. “Aren’t you glad the democrats didn’t run her last time?”
“If they do the next time, I for one will vote for her.” Bonnie looked up, “As long as she isn’t running against you, she has my vote too. You really led the meeting, you just made good use of what you had. By the way, why did you pick her?”
“I saw her in the sessions before. She’s strong, she reminds me of you. I didn’t know she had two young girls. I’d have never asked her if I had known. Thank God our girls are older. This must have been hell for her.”
