Many ages ago, in the realm of gielinor, there was a great struggle. Zamorak and Saradomin were in a fierce battles, as seems to usually be the case. but for some odd reason, this was more chaotic than their usual wars. eventually, more armies became interested, each taking their own side. after many long years of the struggle, Saradomin’s armies had grown greatly in number and began to overpower Zamorak. Zamorak and his minions were eventually hunted down, and forced into hiding. many years had passed, with no significant showing of an uprising from Zamorakians. however, while there was a great time of silence, as Zamorak had fled gielinor to become more powerful, there were many meetings of the few Zamorakian followers. hundreds of years passed, and the Zamorakians became more common. growing in number, more meetings all across the world. there began to arise chaos temples, fortresses even passages and roads were seized by Zamorak’s followers. barracks were built, and, although Saradomin was still strong, the Zamorakians even dared rebellions in the great cities of Varrock, Falador, and Ardougne. followers of all the gods were again choosing sides, although the followers of Zamorak were far greater in power then before. they were no longer trained in just brute force, but now also in the ways of powerful magic, archery, and even smaller but crucial war skills such as hunting and gathering, or hiding from the enemy if wounded. all races of gielinor were involved. for a time, it seemed as though the violence and suffering would never end. as if before the war was over, it would rip Gielinor apart at the seams…
