When I left the academy I was given three items. The first was a stone that makes me more powerful the more monsters I kill and People I help but makes me weaker every time I fall in battle. The next is a scroll that messages appear on from many different people. The last item is a box that can be opened only if I am strong enough. After receiving the items I set out to help people in the main Elvin city of Plume.  

                As I get closer to Plume I am faced with monsters that are in my way. As I Raise my bow to them and make them drop like a rock I feel the stone working. I feel myself getting more powerful with every monster I fight. I head straight to the elder one I enter the city.  She sends me on a quest to introduce myself to the local shops. With every shop I visit each one hands me some armor I will find useful. Some merchants are glad to give them to me but some tell me that it is the last freebee I will get.  I go from person to person all over Plume acquiring jobs for helping the people.  I look at the scroll and see messages appearing on it. Most of the messages are from an annoying guy named Duke that likes to shout for ridiculous reasons. I put the scroll away and start on my jobs given to me by the citizens of Plume. 

                Some quests require me to do control the population of some of the monsters and some require me to grab a certain item from them. The stone I have is miraculous I have never felt so strong.  I have been slaying: cactiods, oddfoots, wolves, scorpions, and countless other monsters.  One quest even had me fly to a high place in the city to retrieve an item in a box.  After a while the box I received started whispering into my head that I am strong enough to open it.  Within the box I received a tag to acquire a new bow if mailed.  I mailed the tag and a great bow appeared stronger than any bow I previously used.  I return to the quests and slay monsters and become more powerful faster than before. 

                Suddenly I get a feeling that I need to look at the scroll.  I pull out the scroll and a message appears on it to fly to Bamboo Village across the lake south of Plume.  On my way to Bamboo Village I had to stop at a dock to let a man know I killed some tortoises in the lake.  He sends me to talk to the elder of the village which became my next goal.  After getting to the village and talking to the elder I decided to set up camp for the night. Though my day is over I think to myself that my journey has only just begun.
