Finally put up Chapter 1.
Yes,a friend did make this and yes,I did get approval.

“Darling” by Eyes Set to Kill blared though my speakers for my alarm to wake me up for school. I hated school with a deep burning passion. Nothing ever went well during school for me. It’s most likely because I’m the only me there. The only “weird” one or “that emo kid” is what they’d say, but I’m not emo, I’m scene, a colorful one. Hn. It’s funny I don’t think they even know my real name. Star Dawn Mac. I don’t think the teachers even know my name either, they just say,”Hey! You right there” and then “blah blah blah whatever”. Well who cares I like being different and no matter what they say they’re not going to change me.
As I finally got up and out of bed, I went to the bathroom to check on what damage my sleep had caused my hair. “Hmm, not much, but I still got to straighten it just a bit, “I thought to myself. While I waited for my iron to heat up, I hopped in the shower real quickly, turned it to the hottest, and stood there for ten seconds. The water burned my skin, but somehow I enjoyed it. My iron was almost done heating up, (Yes it took forever! I’ve had that thing for who knows how long!) So I waited a minute and it was ready to use. Good thing I didn’t move a lot last night or my hair would be a living nightmare. 1

After my hair was done I went to my closet and pulled out a random outfit, neon blue skinny jeans with a black tutu over it, my purple Hey Monday shirt, black converse with a little heel, a necklace of a random collection of guitar picks, and finally my little rainbow tiara. Ever since I was little I’ve been obsessed with tiaras and crowns. My mom always called me Princess Star Ruler of the Dawn when I was little. Now she thinks its plain silly when I wear one, she just tells me aren’t you a little too old for tiara and crowns. Well apparently I DON’T CARE! I checked the time; it was 8:30, which means I still have 10 minutes to do my makeup. I walk to my bathroom again, pickup my purple eye liner, and apply it thickly around both eyes.
I walked down the stairs, backpack in hand, and walked into the kitchen to get something to eat. My mom looks up from her book and says, 2

“Why are you wearing that to school?” 3

“Because I feel like it.” 4

She sighed, “Honey, how come you don’t dress like the rest of the kids at school? 5

“I just don’t like their style. I like the way I dress. It’s perfectly fine.”6

She shook her head with a disappointed face, “At least lose the tutu, and the tiara.” 7

“WHAT! Why?” 8

She rolled her eyes, “Fine, whatever then, but when were tutus legal in school? 9

“Well, they’re not illegal” 10

”Okay…Now hurry up before you’re late.” 11

“Okay,” I said as I walk out the door with a chocolate muffin in my hand.12

“Perfect weather for no school, but there is,” I said as I gave a heavy sigh. I checked my phone for the time it was 8:50. “I still got time to stroll around the park.” When I got to the park, people started staring at me. “Gosh, it’s rude to stare!” I mumbled. I went to the middle or the park and threw my arms up in the air, catching all the light I could. I smiled and almost drifted away into my thoughts. Then all of a sudden a student rushing by to get to get to school slammed into me making me fall. 13

“Watch it, you weird emo!” 14

“If I were emo I would have cut you with my razor, but I am not emo, therefore I own no razor, and cannot cut you!” I grabbed my stuff and stomped off to school. 15

Death glares came the second I opened a glass doors to Cardinal High. Murmurs spread throughout the hallways.16

“What is that freak wearing now?” 17

“O.M.G. does she think it’s Halloween?” 18

“Look its princess freak!” 19

“All she wants is attention I bet because she doesn’t have any friends.” 20

“WHATEVER,” I thought. Now Mrs. Hall, the principal, came down the hallway wondering what all the chitchat was about. The principal looked straight up and saw me. 21

“Ms. Mac, my office…NOW! I walked casually down the hallway as if nothing happened at all and into the office and sat in my usual red cushioned chair.
