The next addition in the Boredom Hits Americans series.
As he finished his announcement, Zaphod ordered his men to join him in finding the entrance of Glacker territory and to take out any immediate tanks. Then he would send the coordinates to the Frackernation Leader to throw a full-scale attack on the Glackfernation using Guerilla Warfare, because head on would be a definite war loser.
Zaphod and his men flew off towards where the Keisnicken had been. When they got there, they followed the road that had been right in front of the Keisnicken. They went along the road in an arrowhead formation, occasionally breaking to check the road ahead. Finally, they came across a massive sign over the road with a tank on either side. They immediately ducked on each side of the road where there were a couple hills just tall enough to hide behind.
They read the sign. It read:
“Territory of the Glackfernation. All outsiders will be destroyed by these two tanks here.” They even had arrows pointing at the tanks, as if they didn’t see them.
“Well, that’s not obvious at all,” said Zaphod. Zaphod and Mat4ney were hiding behind different hills. Zaphod gave a signal that Mat4ney could surprisingly understand, and they both got into position. On the count of 3, they both jumped out from behind their hills, aimed at different tanks, and destroyed them both before they could return fire. They did receive a few shells from people surrounding the tanks, though. None of them hit.
Now it was time to send the coordinates and move on.
After sending the coordinates and receiving a confirmation that the troops are on their way, Zaphod’s men headed through the gate. Well, if you could call it a gate. The explosions pretty much incinerated the thing.
They entered Glacker territory, but for safety reasons won’t fight until the Frackernation gets there. They’re going in as spies, giving the Frackernation a heads up. First thing’s first, they have to surround the place without being spotted. Easy enough. There are bushes everywhere that they can hide in. They have the place surrounded, but make a startling discovery.
“Mayday! Mayday! We have a situation!” Zaphod whispers urgently into his radio. “They’ve got the castle fortified with 10 tanks, and they’re sending 5 more out to various positions!”
He hears the response “Can you take any out?”
“Yeah, but it’ll be very risky.”
Then he radioed his men. “Guys, we’re gonna help out the rest of the Frackernation, but there’s a chance not all of us will survive. On my signal, we’re each going to destroy one tank, but get out of the way of oncoming fire immediately afterwards. Everybody ready? 3… 2… 1… FIRE!”
