I closed my eyes; I was having hard time breathing. Why does he have to bring up about that night? “No uh… yes…no. ” I was kinda breathless, looking all around while stealing little glances at him. It was hard for me to match his stare.

It’s so hard to keep it cool; pushing down the unexpected emotion now raging in my chest, to keep myself from shaking, from stammering, from—god.

I felt my face reddened, Goosebumps covered all over my body.

I blinked then all of a sudden, in just a snap of a finger, I remembered not only what happened that night; Wonder Girls kidnapped me, Jaebum being a sweet friend, but the feelings I felt for him, the emotions on my chest, the things I did.

Every single thing was playing right before my eyes. The raw emotions and feeling came rushing back.

“We can’t be together.” That line kept on repeating and repeating on my ears, and I felt I was stabbed over and over and over. Without thinking I whispered it loud. “We can’t be together,” like I was like in a daze.

He heard it. No, I didn’t wish he didn’t.

He took the remote control and pressed the mute button and stared at me. He was so close to me that I could smell the soapy and musty scent of him. And I hate myself for having contrasting emotions right this very moment. I want to be where I am, though I wish I ran away from him.

To say the least, I hate to be in this f.ucking situation where I am now.

“I’m sorry.”  He whispered in all sincerity.

I felt the blood rise in my face.  Why do I have the feeling that he was apologizing for the kiss? “You don’t have to apologize.” I turned my face away. I close my eyes and take a deep breath as the ache in my heart gets worse. God, can you please pull me out from here?
