“Agent Stomper, welcome to the team” Director Corsica said heartily as he shook the newest member of the American Spy League International’s hand, Willy Stomper.
As they rounded a corner the Director and the agent came face to face with laser beams blocking the way down the hall. Corsica pressed a spot on the wall with his entire hand on it and a sound like it was being scanned came out of the wall.
Suddenly the lasers disappeared and Director Corsica walked on down the hall. Willy followed close behind. A green light shone out of one of the fluorescent lights on the ceiling. As they walked under it an automated voice called out “Identity: Director 001 and Agent 007. Access granted”. After the voice died away they went through a doorway into a room which turned out to be a large prison.
Cells lined the walls. The bars were made of lasers and as Willy walked down the long room he saw that there were only about seven prisoners.
A man came up to them. Willy suspected he was a guard. He wore a bullet-proof vest over a white T-shirt. He also wore a gun holster which was attached to his black cargo jeans. In the holster was an ASLI standard EP-64 pistol: the most accurate ever ASLI built gun. The guard held an ER-192 rifle: the lightest, strongest and easiest to manage gun ever constructed by the ASLI.
Behind the guard was four more all dressed the same. “Hey, Director” The guard greeted them. “Hey, we’ve come to see the spies”. Then he turned to Stomper and introduced the guard as Captain Han Tanners. The Guard Capitan showed them the prisoners.
After that Director Corsica gave Willy another briefcase. “We’ve sent a man to Agent DeMoneo to retrieve your first case” he explained. “Meanwhile you’re to be reassigned to part of the city”. They went back to the briefing room. Corsica informed him that there was a jewelry shop in the city where the owner was an undercover Scorpion agent that made weapons for Scorpion and he needed to go there. “We have recently learned that the heart of Scorpion operations isn’t in another country, but just a few miles away” the Director informed Agent Stomper. “And they know where our base is so they must be stopped before they strike a major attack on us. And with the missing agents and all we’re loosing the fight”. Knowing what would come next; Willy grabbed his new briefcase and prepared to fall through the floor. “Good luck” Director Corsica told him, the floor opened up below Stomper and he fell down the hole through the tunnel.
He landed in the driver’s seat of the roofless Spyker ‘C12 La Turbie’ sports car, which can reach speeds of up to 201 miles per hour. This car uses computer chips to lock the doors and to turn on the car instead of keys. Willy started it up and as he did so he realized he was in an underground garage. The large garage door opened and Stomper drove out of the garage, up the ramp leading to level ground and put the pedal to the metal as he shot down the lonely road out of the country where the ASLI headquarters lay secretly underground, towards the city.

As Stomper drove through the maze of skyscrapers and office buildings, he looked for the jewelry store Corsica had told him about. He found it on Wild Ave. by a large warehouse
He pulled over on the side of the road into a parking space, got out of the La Turbie and put some quarters in the parking meter. Willy then walked into the store, briefcase in hand.
