Funny humor from my life.
We have a Wii for the kids. They don’t play it as much as they used to when we first got it, but my son still likes to play it. He was really good the other day and I told him that we could go get him a new game to play. So him and I went to the video store, he picked out his own game and we came back home. We went upstairs and I helped him get started and I sat with him while he played. He played for a little bit and then he shut it off and started messing with the characters in the Wii Plaza. Everyone that plays the Wii can create his or her own Mii. He was showing me how he could make his character taller and fatter. Then he looks at me with his huge brown eyes and says, “Mommy, do you want me to make all the characters fat except yours?” This had me laughing so hard I had tears rolling down my cheeks. I said, “Heck, why not! If I can’t be thinner than everyone in real life, I can at least be thinner than all of the other characters in the Wii Plaza.”
