Chef Gordon Ramsay goes to Florida to help an Italian Restaurant.

At a expensive community in Boca Raton, Florida, CeCe is about to have a nervous breakdown. She is always fighting with everyone, and her employees say that she is hard to work with. None of her employees like her. She is also unwilling to change, or even listen to anyone. Can Chef Gordon Ramsay help her and her restaurant before it is too late?

CeCe’s background: She was raised in the kitchen because her father had his own restaurants since she was young. She moved to Florida, from New York, ten years ago. Her father gave her over $300,000 to open her restaurant. She is the owner/head chef, and she taught herself how to cook. She cooks the food that she likes before she puts it on the menu. When she first started the restaurant, it was fun and she loved it. But two years ago, everything started to go wrong, and she doesn’t understand what happened.

She hates the restaurant now because she is losing hope. As a result, she has lost a lot of customers. The restaurant is usually empty, and she doesn’t know what to do anymore. She can’t handle working in the restaurant anymore. She treats her employees badly in her frustration. She is always aggressive and angry towards her employees. It is slow now, and she doesn’t care anymore. She is indebted to her father. Her husband, Michael, works in the restaurant, and they now have a baby boy that they would like to provide for him a good future. Ashton is the female head server and CeCe’s father works in the kitchen.

CeCe feels like a failure. She is under too much pressure, and she can’t handle it.

Ramsay enters the restaurant. He meets CeCe and she seats him at one of the tables. He notices that the restaurant is very dark and gloomy. He meets her husband, the other head server. Ashton also comes to Ramsay’s table to take his order. He just tells her that he wants one of everything on the menu. She laughs because the menu is too big, and there are over 100 food dishes listed. He browses through a menu and orders some dishes. The first dish arrives to his table, and it is the Salmon DiVino. Ramsay comments that it is dry, undercooked, and tastes frozen. He asks Ashton if it is frozen. She goes to the kitchen to ask them, and they tell her that it is fresh, but frozen. He adds that it tastes like cardboard and it is Florida’s worst dish ever. Before he tastes the second dish, Snapper Anna, he comments that it looks like a dog’s dinner. And, it tastes like mush. Michael comes to Ramsay’s table, and Ramsay asks him to taste it. Michael agrees by telling Ramsay that it tastes soggy and it should have been baked longer. Michael adds that it tastes disgusting. Ramsay tells Michael to make CeCe taste it. But CeCe refuses to taste it, saying she is not going to eat anything off Ramsay’s plate. (I guess she doesn’t want his cooties). CeCe is getting pissed with Ramsay because he doesn’t like her cooking. Ramsay can hear irate CeCe shouting in the kitchen. Ashton tells Ramsay what CeCe told her to tell him, but Ramsay tells Ashton to let CeCe tell him herself after he finishes sampling all of the dishes. Ramsay tastes the pizza dish, Faverrito Del Nonna. He comments that it is soggy, crispy, bland and plain. It needs more flavor. He goes to the kitchen to talk with CeCe, telling her that her salmon is hideous and the snapper is disappointing. She becomes defensive and fights with him. He argues with her, telling her that she has an attitude problem. She retaliates and calls him a jerk. Ramsay is not sure which is worse, her food or her attitude. But he can’t take her any longer, and he walks out of the restaurant in anger.
