My eyes opened and slowly my vision began to cleared. I rubbed the back of my head and the bed sheet slipped of my chest, exposing half of my body. It looks like my clothes are missing all I have are shorts. Aeris came in with some clothes and saw me. She quickly turned away, blushing.
More randomness…I love it!
My eyes opened and slowly my vision began to cleared. I rubbed the back of my head and the bed sheet slipped of my chest, exposing half of my body. It looks like my clothes are missing all I have are shorts. Aeris came in with some clothes and saw me. She quickly turned away, blushing.
“Umm, ho-how are you feeling?” She didn’t turned to look at me. She is just shy…
“I’m fine thanks. Are those clothes for me?”
“Yeah, since your original clothes are soaking wet, I have found some spare clothes for you.” She placed the clothes on the desk and went out the room. I got out of bed and put on the clothes.
“Hmm, they fit just perfectly!” I wiped away some dust that was sticking on the clothes.
“Um Limit, may I come in?” Aeris was out side the room knocking on the door.
“Yeah sure!” She came in the door and gave a good look at me. She tilted her head and said
“Looks nice on you.” She then giggled and gave a warm smile. Aeris lead me out of the door. I was at the second floor of the church.
“You know, you can ring the bell on the third floor of the church. I always wanted to do it, but I’m too scared. It is because of the loud noise.” Aeris then pointed at the church bell. I got up a ladder and gave the bell a hard push.
Ding! Dong! Ding! Dong!
My ears were ringing. I got down the ladder to the first floor. I saw a monk, Mainiac97 reading a book and Aeris looking out the window.
“So you are the one ringing that bell. I thought you were still sleeping.” Mainiac97 then closes the book and walked towards me. Well, looks like you completed my list. Well then, I’m all packed. Here is a reward for you. This might come in handy.” Mainiac97 passed me a steel 2h. It has a nice design on the body. It has a lion head symbol on it.
“Well then, I got to get going. Time flys when you are sure having fun.” Mainiac97 gave me a two finger salute and walked off.
I placed my hands on my hips. “Hm. I wonder where’s he going. Hey Aeris, do you know where he is going?”
“Beats me. Probably on some kind of quest?” She turned around looking at me. “Hey Limit! Want to do something together? Lets explore Lumbridge a little! Pleassseeeee…” I had nothing to do, and I wanted to test out my new weapon. This was an offer I could not refuse.
“Sure! I still have yet to explore around town. I need to get my gear though…” I rubbed the back of my head.
“Oh! I forgot to tell you, your bronze armor is completely rusty. It is because of the salty water. It is useless if you use it now.” I opened my mouth with shock and my body suddenly felt weak.
“Great, how can I train now?” I sat down at the nearest bench and placed one of my hand on my face.
“The good news is, they have replaced it with a new and better one!” My body then sprang up to life. I looked at her with excitement, I was really happy. I was happier then a boy receiving birthday presents.
“Where is it? Gimmie gimmie gimmie!” Aeris smiled and asked me to wait downstairs while she get the gears for me. I sat down the bench and saw the book Mainiac97 was reading. I opened the book to the page where Mainiac97 left a bookmark in it. There was a small necklace with a dragon’s head symbol on it. There is a note on the page.
Note
Dear Sinlimitless,
This is a rare dragon necklace. This will increase your physical and mental strength. They are rare to find. So please keep it safe.
P.S Do not wear it now, it does not accept anyone who has a defense below than 60.
Out of curiosity, I placed the necklace around my neck. A huge shock was sent straight to my neck electrifying me. I quickly removed the necklace and rubbed my neck.
“Woah! Talk about curiosity kills the cat.” Aeris came downstairs with the new gears. It was a full steel armor but without the helmet. She was having a hard time holding it because the armor was heavy. I rushed to her while placing the dragon necklace in my pocket. She missed one step from the staircase and came tumbling down. I ran to her and see if she was okay.
“Owww…” She rubbed her knees and looked at me. Our eyes made contact, she quickly looked away blushing.
“Let me help you.” I picked her up and she dusted some dirt off her dress. I picked up the fallen full steel armor and put it on. There was a magnet behind my armor. I placed my 2h and it sticks perfectly fine. There was no full helmet but it was okay. Aeris picked up her staff and stood beside me.
“Are you ready tin man?” She giggled.
“Yep! Lets go out and expl- TIN MAN???!?” I yelled.
“I’m just joking Limit.” She had a warm smile. So warm, you would forget all the anger and sorrows you had. I and Aeris got out of the church and went North. We followed the path and walked by the cabbage farm. Children were laughing and playing around there. So joyful so…as I was walking straight and looking at the farm beside me, I did not notice a tree branch was in front of me. I ducked just in time.
“Hehe. That was close. Becareful next time!” Aeris kept on walking and giggling
“Ohh yeah? Look who’s tal-Ow!” A tree branch smacked me in the face. I lost 2 hp. I rubbed my nose and moaned. We continued walking down the path and saw a 3 way split road.
“East will lead us to a farm, North will lead us to a mansion and South will lead us to…Edgevill.” I placed the map in the tabs pouch. We decided to head to Edgevill to explore a little bit.
Lots and lots of people were yelling. Buying, selling, bargaining. Some stalls were unguarded, and people were stealing from it. I saw a guy stealing from a wine shop and ran as quick as he can. He was looking back and running straight towards me. I didn’t have time to react, the guy crashed right into me.
“Oww…hey! Watch where you’re going!” The stall owner then caught up with the guy and got hold of him.
“So, you were stealing from my shop! Pay up or deal with the guards!” The owner got hold of his hand. He has a really tight grip.
“Ow oi! Let me go you you nincompoop!” The guy struggled and yelled to get free.
“Hey um sir? How about if I pay the price for him. What did he steal and how much does it cost?” I asked the shop owner.
“Well, this bugger stole 2 jugs and a dragon kite.”
“A dragon kite?!?! As in a dragon kiteshield?” I was shocked. Literally shocked.
“No no, you must be mistaken. It is a dragon toy kite. The one kids use to fly it on windy days. Both of them cost around 19gp.” I place my hands in the pocket and took out some coins. I counted them all and I got 23 gp out of my pocket. I decided to give the shop owner some extra gp.
“Keep the change.” I said to him. The shop owner let go of the guy’s arm, accepted my gold pieces and walked back to his stall.
“Wow! Thanks dude! You saved my skin back there.” The guy had black eyes, spiky hair style, wearing grey pants and a dark blue shirt.
“Why did you steal from that shop” Aeris asked.
“Well, my boss asked me to steal a certain item so that he can do something with it. Here, I’ll let you look at the list.
List
2 wine
1 dragon toy kite
500gp
red dye
grape
dark staff
“Hm… bring me to your boss. I want to tell him that stealing is wrong!” I said bravely
“Um, don’t we have some exploring to do?” Aeris tugged my arm.
“Don’t worry, this won’t take long at all.” I looked at Aeris. (A.N. My character has light blue eyes.)
Will Limit teach the boss a lesson or will he just get beaten up. Next time on dragon ball Z…Wait…what? *Ahem* I ment T.R.A. C Ya!
