Part 6 of the World Constitution (Previously inducted in past constitutions)

There are three different species living upon the lands of the Earth, and they shall be named the Probi, the Scelerati, and the Medii. The conducts and actions of the species follow below:

Probi: The Probi are the least populated species on Earth and are dedicated to good and disbanding the evil of the world. They shall only perform good acts consisting of kindness and supposed love, and any act preformed by a Probi that follows against this should result in severe punishment with the possibility of being transferred into the closest Scelerati or Medii town, depending on the action.

Scelerati: The Scelerati are the second most populated species on Earth and are committed to evil and wrongdoing. Any act preformed by a Scelerati is considered evil and against the actions of the good. Although their actions may not always be evil, they should basically consist of being against the Probi. The Scelerati are very powerful and should have to power to commit any action without the consent of others. Any action deliberately acted in the favor of the Probi by a Scelerati is considered unlawful and should result in death, if not transferred.

Medii: The Medii consist of a vast majority of the Earth’s population. Their actions consist of nothing neither good nor evil; they are neutral. They should not interact with neither the Probi nor the Scelerati. If a Medii wishes to commit to another species, they should transfer there without any punishment but must stay there upon arriving. A Medii that leaves any Medii land cannot return.

The species above, as indirectly stated live in different sections of Earth and the populations should remain in different sections except during the time of war between the Probi and Scelerati. The Medii, being neutral, should never engage in any war with the Probi and Scelerati unless necessary for defense.
