Stellar is a long story that is in a work in progress.
Chapter 3: The Secrets of the Book
Jess went to his room, locked the door and closed the windows for him to read silently, on his own. He flipped the old, dusty cover of the book and here is what he read.
January 15, 1980,
Good day fellow reader. This book features a list of the monsters you will encounter. Some of them are good and some of them are bad. Never before has an item such as this, contained the secrets of the realm. Because of this, you must always protect this book at all costs and never give this to anyone for the forces of darkness will try to steal it from you and if needed, they will kill you. I beseech you my friend.
~Cloker
“What does this mean? And who is Cloker?” Jess asked himself with curiosity. He flipped to the next page, hoping to find an explanation to this letter because every book has an explanation to its own contents right?
He flipped to the next page and found this, a list of Magical Incantations
Magical Incantations
What are Magical Incantations?
Magical Incantations are spells used to attack an enemy. To cast a spell, open your mind, find the purity in your heart, concentrate and say the words loud and clear
List of magical incantations
Fire- Flamarohico
Water- Ifrewatehitru
Earth- Earuthifasi
Air- Ahari
Jess, curious if this were real, did exactly what the book said, he opened his mind, found the purity in your heart, concentrated and said the words loud and clear…
FLAMAROHICO!
He shouted. Then all of a sudden, there was fire on his hand! He was amazed by this. He turned his hand into a fist then opened it again, the flames were gone!
Was all that happened a work of his imagination? Certainly not, for he could still see the jumping sparks on his hand.
Suddenly, his mom came and said “Lights out in five minutes.”
Jess switched the lights off and went to bed, amazed.
Chapter 4: The Mistake
Jess did the same thing he does everyday. Only that he brought Cloke’s Book with him at school.
He did not tell his experience last night to his classmates because he knew that his classmates won’t believe him. He knew better than that.
During recess, he went to the field, where no one was, and caster the spell of air. He said “Ahari!” But instead of feeling the cold breeze, he felt a strong push of wind that knocked him to the ground. The spell backfired on him. He learned that his mistake was basic, he didn’t open his mind to the possibilities, and his mind was asking, curious; that was his problem.
The bell rang, recess was over. Jess went back to the classroom and saw everyone laughing at him. He asked one of his classmates why, he answered, “Jess, when you went to the field everyone was curious because usually, at recess, you always go and eat at the cafeteria. But you went to the field so all of us looked at you from the second floor and we saw you-“His classmate giggles, and says “-Get knocked out by the wind” Then all of his classmates laughs. The teacher came quickly so the laughing stopped quickly and Jess was relieved because of that fact.
