In a modern world with modern people, not all is as it seems. In this city, you have to fend for yourself. This is no utopia…for anything and everything could go wrong. For you…for me…and the one Superhero that no one is even sure is really on the side of good.
In the Metropolis world of Xelmuc City…nothing is as it seems. The people who walk around on those streets….those alleyways…every company ‘willing’ to work for the good of the people….What do you really know about them?
Friends may backstab, every corner may hold a little deadly surprise, and tabloids may hold some truth…but is that all that you see? People spend all their days in this world, always asking questions or blindly going on with their lives but both without the slightest idea that there may be something…more. There may be something…or someone, watching them…and waiting to lend a hand.
They call her The Crow Angel. No one knows who she is, or what she really looks like…or even if she’s a ‘who’ or a ‘her’. They only know that she is always watching from that metal tower of hers, high above the city skyline, waiting to hear for that cry of help or that alarm. Should there be one….the Crow Angel will come.
There are those that fear her, and those that idolize her, and there are others that want to exploit her. Who is this angel with wings like the night? Who is this creature that holds so much concern and compassion for the people of Xelmuc City?
….If she’s watching us…..who’s watching her?
The Crow Angel…that was what they called her. Such a strange…yet fitting title. Perhaps just a little lacking on the imaginative side; what was she going to expect? People just weren’t that deep nowadays.
She smiled at the thought of the people down there, slowly trying to make their way home. Oh, what a night this would be…and what headings will be in the papers in the morning! She could just taste the excitement and anticipation growing…
Her blue eyes seemed to laugh brightly, though not a sound passed her lips. She closed her orbs, simply…listening to the melody of the city. There…The honking of cars and the shouting of angry people. There was…the concert hall just a ways off from here and the buzzing of technology all at once. Wait…wait was this?
A smirk curled itself upon her lips…and she took flight. She spread her four feathered wing of dark, and flew towards the screaming alarm. For the crow which flies night…death shall not fall. The Crow Angel…Who is The Crow Angel?
