How does the Secret Service protect the first family from everyone?

With the three women in bed Sandra could not really relax but she could sit down. She was there on the sofa ten minutes later when the TAZAR dart hit her shoulder and dug in. She felt the dart enter her skin but before she could do anything the voltage hit her. She convulsed and collapsed on the sofa. When she regained consciousness her hands were pulled behind her back and her mouth was covered with duct tape. Her feet were also pulled together with duct tape around her ankles. David Cadian stood over her. Content that she was no longer a threat he quietly entered the one bedroom and checked, the two girls were there and asleep. He closed the door and went to the other room. He watched the occupant for several seconds, then TAZE’d her, taped her mouth closed and handcuffed her hands behind her back. He now went to the room with the girls, TAZE’d both of them and prepared them like he had their mother.

He dragged both of the girls to the main room and placed them on the floor. Then he returned to their mother’s room and dragged her there too. By the time he placed her on the great room floor all four of the women were awake. David apologized for what he was about to do and explained that what he was doing was to call the president’s attention to the needs of AIDS victims. He looked at Sandra. He knew she was struggling with her bonds, if left to continue this she might just break them and spoil his plan. He picked up the TAZER that was still attached to her body and pressed the button. She convulsed again and then lay still. He could see the look on Mitzi’s face. She was concerned about what he would do. That done he picked up Sandra’s weapon and two spare clips and clipped them to his waist. Sandra cringed as she saw him do it. Those were loaded with Custer ammunition.
