Jaci starts to press and she takes the lead.
Something must be done, but “how” was the question?
Dave was there for dinner. He spent some time with them. Judi and Jaci were up moving about and decided to eat in their wheel chairs next to Mitzi’s bed. They found another chair and tray for Dave and he was able to eat with them. It was hospital food and it wasn’t like eating around a table in the White House but they were together. Mitzi was quiet, Judi was withdrawn, only Jaci and Dave seemed somewhat normal. Jaci asked her dad questions about the country. Some were questions he still did not know how to answer.
During the time together Jaci asked if he could have her computer and school work brought in. She told him she was bored, a term she used to describe any time she could not do what she wanted. If she had a computer she could spend some time surfing the web, possibly she could catch up on her reading, maybe not lose time in school. Dave told her he would see if it could be done. He called the secret service agent over and whispered something to him. He smiled, nodded and left.
