Mitzi confronts Kathy and wins.
When they finished Mitzi stopped the doctors. “Kathy, would you make an agreement with me so we can quickly put an end to all of this nonsense?”
She heard a sob, “What?”
“If you agree to print the truth about me I’ll ask them to remove all the surgical information except the information on your leg and breasts and also not include the herpes on the report and the other reporters will agree to not report either. I have things on both of them I will give you to use if they divulge anything outside this agreement. That is why they are here. If they print these things about you that they are not to print or lies about me I’ll give you a ton of information about them with documentation you can use. I guarantee they will comply.”
“What truth do you want me to print?”
“Print what you heard and observed. Print the truth. My breasts are real and I did not have augmentation surgery. I think you can reasonably speculate that my daughters’ are real. You’ll have to take my word for that.”
“What about holding the information on my breasts?”
“Don’t press your luck. It will only appear once. Don’t kid yourself. You aren’t that big an item. You have had a field day with stories about me and you have hurt my family. I do want some revenge and retribution and I will have it. It will blow away soon. But if you get on my family again I turn over the report with the herpes and the abortion, the whole thing and let it be published.”
“OK, but how can I report on your daughters’ breasts, I haven’t seen them.”
“And you’ll not. I will not put them through what I have gone through today. I assure you they are real. I would never subject my daughters to that risk, for vanity, and as you see, they are likely to not need it. The doctor here has, would you believe her? You can’t quote or print what she says.”
