“C’mon, Gohan! Spar with me, why do you? You go first!” Videl said loud enough to wake even Shen Long, the eternal dragon, to wake up

“Okay, Videl. I might as well,” Gohan said and then suddenly disappeared in a flash.

“Huh? What…?” Videl wondered. “Ow!” she then screamed as she took a hit from behind. It turned out to be Gohan who used quickly came from behind the girl and kicked her as softly as he could on  her back. How can that be? Videl wondered as Gohan was in a stance waiting for her to make her move. But she didn’t wonder for so long.

“Oh, so that’s how’s it gonna be? Well, good!” Videl then put her hands into tight fists, took few steps forward, and tried to take a nice hit as she battled cried “Hai-ya!”, until she relzed she was about to fall when Gohan moved a stepped to the left. Gohan could feel her hostility so he quickly grapped onto her left hand that was up in the air, trying to find a way to keep up.

“Eee…I…I almost fell!” Videl said with a suprised expression. Okay Videl; get a hold of yourself! she thought. You can’t fly and you are not fast…so there has to be something you are good at! Young Videl the got herself up as she pondered this thought. When Videl was on her feet, Gohan let go of her hand.

“Videl?” The young man with black, spikey hair said with caution.

“Yeah, Gohan?”

“Okay. Well…it’s just that…”

“It’s just that you are very tensed and not relaxed or focus; that’s why you aren’t fighting at your best!” Goten spoke with a giggle as both Gohan and Videl looked at him, surprised that he was there all along.

“Goten! You don’t have to be so blunt,” Gohan scolded his younger brother.

Videl then looked down a spoke “No, he’s right, Gohan. I just have a lot on my mind. Let’s just call it a day, okay?”

“If that’s the case, I’m gonna go to see Mommy. See you, Gohan!” Goten then blasted off to the hut he lives in.

“I guess that means it’s just the two of us,” Gohan spoke, knowing that Goten ment to leave them alone all along.”

“And soon, it’ll be just you,” Videl said as she headed towards her chopper.

Gohan suddenly grabbed Videl’s hand, not even thinking about what he was doing. “Videl…just please tell me what’s wrong…please?”

“Okay, I will tell you,” Videl said as she faced Gohan.
