They need more power.

 DAY 117

 At 0822 The EVA crew called to Heather Warren and Ari Weiser. “Fire up panel 2 on array two.” Heather flipped switches and saw the fuel cells go to standby. A few seconds later she noted that the crackers were on line at five percent, a very low level but hydrogen and oxygen were being made and stored not consumed. And they could fire four laser shots in each twenty four hours and not go further negative.

Within an hour they had fired six shots and were further in debt.  They would have to shut down in about twenty four hours. 

 DAY 118

The other crews spelled in and out to help Jeff and Bobbie as much as possible and they stayed out on the EVA till just after 1100.  They came in dead tired but the third panel was on line, the crackers were running at thirty percent and they could do limited laser fire without concern. Jeff and Bobbie were ordered to get rest till the next day.
