DAY 150

Colombia crew Bill Eaton shuttle commander Darrel Markle shuttle pilot and Van Perlman shuttle flight engineer met the next team at the pad. Connie Chu, Wayne Hernandes, Doris Walters, Mark Gabraski were going up to station 2.  Six arming specialists were going up. Kim and Carlos to station 1, Dale Frye and Heather McCoy were going up to station 2 and Harrison McCoy and Darla Frye were going up to station 4.  They would be a mobile resource for now.  This would complete the initial crew placement of six mission specialists on each station and put sufficient arming teams in space.  The lasers in the cargo bay filled out the armament.

 DAY 151

Station 1 welcomed the new crew members. Kim and Karen had trained together as soldiers and were close. Carlos and Lyle had only met briefly but as they reviewed the station and the procedures a bond formed. Both of the new members seemed to have an endless supply of questions.

DAY 156

Mason Timmons and Holly Jordan were lifted in a robot shuttle to station 6. Every station now had an on board arming team.
