Elphie stared at her blankly. There was a knock at the door; Nanny got up to get it. It’s Keely all beaten up badly. She falls in Nanny’s arms. Nanny drags her to the kitchen chair next to Elphie who is laughing at the situation. Nanny gets a cold dishtowel and dabs at one of her cuts.
