Melena ignored Keely’s comments, then she sat down at the table, and chewed on milk flowers. Completely loathing Elphaba, almost wanting to kill the poor child. Melena’s attention but Melena just turned the other cheek. Finally, Keely slapped the poor child upside the head (not hard just so she would let go). Elphie released Keely’s hand dripping with blood. Keely grabbed a dishtowel and wrapped it around the bloody hand. Melena got up and walked into the bathroom and got some gauze and pads. Nanny finally awakens from her nap, which is Melena’s childhood Nanny. Finally, she gets up and stumbles to the kitchen were she laughs at Keely’s hand. Keely glares and gives her an evil eye.
