“Dara unnie, hurry up, we`re leaving in 5 minutes.” CL called. They have to be in the studio to rehearse both Pretty Boy and In The Club. From the feedbacks they`ve been getting, fans weren’t so happy that they cut some parts in Pretty Boy, so they have to redo it. 2NE1 loves spoiling their fans.
“Yeah, I`m done, I`m done.” She took hold of Tamtam and her purple backpack. She turned around to leave when she heard something fall on the floor. A notebook from CL`s bed.
It was CL`s lyrics notebook. She picked it up and was about to put it back in her bed when she caught what the girl had scribbled with her pencil.

“We were waiting for you, unnie, for FIVE minutes.” The leader complained.
“And thank you, CL-roo.” She smiled sweetly to her.
“I`m tired, you know, so everyone, please, don`t give me headache, ok? Just today, please.” She begged. Emphasis on the please.

“Ok, 30 minutes break.” Their choreographer turned the music off.
Dara sat on the sides.
“Unnie…” CL approached and sat beside her, her head on Dara`s shoulder. “I`m sleepy.”
“Ah, that`s your fault for staying up late writing your lyrics. What were you writing about anyway?” She pretended as if she had no idea. She really is curious who she was writing the song to.
“Nothing.”
“Nothing? You don’t stay up late for nothing.”
“Just something about the usual you know, girl boy thing. I hope to work it with Teddy oppa.”
“Ahhh.” A knowing smile formed in her lips.
“What ahhh?”
“Ahh, I forgot to tell you. You`re supposed to go to his studio to record something. Sorry, I forgot.”
The girl stood up, suddenly alert.
“Ahhhh? Sorry? When did he tell you? How come he told you and not me? How could you forget?”
“Aishhh.. what`s up with you. We just happened to text each other this morning. He wished me good luck!”
“Ok.”
“Are you jealous, CL-roo?”

CL made a face as if she just tasted something putrid in her mouth.

CL only smirked.
“Cool!” Minji exclaimed. She was sitting on the floor, listening to her Ipod.
“What is it?” CL asked.
“I`m listening to the radio, Maybee Raise The Volume, Jiyong oppa is on. They played HELLO, and then he talked about 2NE1. He said CL unnie and I are wonderful dongsaengs and Bom unnie and Dara unnie are wonderful noonas. Cool, yeah?”
“He really said those?” Dara wanted to make sure.
“Yeah, exactly what he said. Well, something like that.” Minji replied. Unaware of the distress she had caused her unnie with her news.
Great. Last night he shared our ice cream with everyone. Now he thinks of 2NE1 with Hello, OUR Hello? He even calls me noona now?

Ji sat at the back of the car. He`d just finished his first radio guesting for his Heartbreaker promotions. They`re now leaving the studio and are on the way back to the apartment when his cellphone rang.
It was the president.
“Hello?”
“Ji, I watched your radio show… Thank you…for doing your part… but you were still a little suspect. Maybe you can try looking a little enthusiastic next time? It`s a good thing they`re seeing it that you`re missing Big Bang. But next time be a little more engaging. Ok?”
“K.”

He slumped to his seat. He really didn’t care. He misses Dara so much. All he got so far is a thank you. He`s not used to it. He`s used to her flooding him with sweet texts. He browsed his inbox to read some of her messages he`d saved.

Blondie, good morning. I just woke up. I had a good sleep. Hope you did too. We`ll have rehearsals for Pretty Boy today. I hope to do really good. I know I can`t ever be as good as you, or the other girls, but I`ll do my best. I wanna be the girl that everyone will think deserves you. I don’t know why I got so lucky to have you but i`m gonna work on it. Working hard is all I know so im gonna do it! kekeke. I love you so much!

His attention suddenly shifted when he realized Dara`s Kiss was playing on the radio. It`s his first time to hear any of it.
She did good, really really really good. He was surprised she got that in her. He actually regretted not discussing it with her. He felt proud, very proud. Her hard work is paying off.
He downloaded the song as soon as he got home and put it on repeat. He wished he could kiss her now. Kiss her and tell her how proud he is.
He wanted to see her, and he thinks he knows exactly where she`d be tonight.

“Oppa!” greeted Minji as he opened the door of Teddy`s studio.
“Hello.”greeted Bom
“Hello.”greeted Dara.
Taeyang smiled at him.

He nodded to them. He can see CL was inside the booth recording.

Dara frantically flipped her cellphone and stepped outside to answer the call.
He wanted to follow her but thought it be good of he waited a minute before making the move but Dara was already back in just 30 seconds.
She was beaming happily to everyone, even to him.
“Pres. YG called. He said I`m already number one in some charts! WeeeeEEEEE!!!!”
“Weeeeee!!!” Screamed Bom and Minji! The three hold hands and jump in excitement. CL came out of the group and squeezed herself to join the celebration.
They laughed at their silliness when it was over.
“Sshhh!” Teddy reprimanded them, pretending to be pissed from the ruckus they`ve made.
“Oh, sorry!”
Dara moved forward to Teddy and pressed her hands on his shoulders, giving him a quick massage to show her gratitude to her composer and producer.
“We did it!”
“Yeah, kiddo, YOU did it!” They clenched hands.
GD followed Dara`s every move. He can feel her excitement, her happiness, her pride. He wanted to be part of it.
Dara turned his way. She saw in her face a joy her heart can`t seem to bear enough alone.
“Congratulations.” He told her.
“It means I took you off the number 1 spot, you don’t mind right?”
“No.Of course not. You can even take me off all charts, I think.” He was really happy for her. He didn’t even realize that they`re on speaking terms now until Dara came closer and put her hand up. They high-fived.
GD absorbed that moment in his system. He knew something happened, it`s not just the news of her being #1. Dara`s changed.
“I knew it. See?” Dara heard YB and she went to sit beside him.
GD saw him whisper something to Dara. He saw them exchange something only they understood and it killed him.
“Haha! I guess… too bad they`re going to miss it. Maybe during Noraebang?” Dara replied.
“Hey, what`s that?” Teddy asked.
But YB and Dara didn’t hear him. They continued giggling, lost in their you-and-me-doing-a-kiss-duet-one-day world.
