A life of success and tragedy.

We all are saddened with the sudden departure from this life by the most popular entertainer that ever lived, Michael Jackson. Although a lot of people despised him for the bad choices in life he made it’s comforting to know that there is a better judge awaiting him that is known for his grace and mercy. Thank heaven Michael Jackson will not be judged by those that focus on the mistakes he made but by the timeless Lord Most high who remembers the good Michael brought to countless lives through his music and performances. Most would agree that prior to his fall from an incident free existince they would have nothing bad to say about him. However, what entertainer has a perfect life? What person is perfectly blameless? Catastrophes are happening all around us as reminders of how precious life is and how things could be a lot worse. Yet since hearing of his death I have been bombarded with negative comments on the mistakes he made and good rid dens to him. Talking heads on CNN can’t mention his accomplishments without bringing up his downfalls. Was Michael on prescription drugs and died on a toilet?  Was he pulled over by the cops DUI? Did he fly to South America to meet with a mistress? Was he convicted of any serious crime? There are convicted felons of heinous crimes considered the best television consultants, the top box office actors, and models of society. Our favorite actors smoked three packs a day, and were sober only half the time but that’s OK they made no mistakes. Michael Jackson thrilled us and all we wanted was more, more, more. He gave us countless dance moves that still many can’t master nor will ever attempt. Those of us who miss him could harp on his mistakes but we would rather lay him to rest with fond memories the same way Strom Thurman was eulogized. Even the African American daughter he fathered out of wedlock said nothing bad about him even though we all know he was a racist. Now is not the time to kick the man who can’t fight back. Life has a way of making us pay for our mistakes while we live so there is no reason to bash us when it’s over. Let’s all remember Michael Jackson for what he did best; bringing us music for the century and memorable performances that will last us a lifetime. Farewell our friend.

Sure Michael is NOT perfect, That is obvious. But he isn’t perfect because of his sad life. NOT because of his personality. How can someone who wanted to make the world a better place and for all to get along racist. He loved people ALL types of races. He even said he wanted children with ALL diffrent races. How could a nice man like that be racist?
