1. My Love Jessica loves me unconditionally and never has any doubts about me.  Her faith in me is something that I have never had any other human being give to me.  Her faith in me is an inspiration to me and makes believe in the power of faith.  She never gives up on me, no matter how many times I may fail at a task, at a promise, at a goal–no matter how much I may give up on myself.  That makes me want to be a better person.

2.My Love Jessica is ever forgiving of all who may do her wrong, which is something that I am not and yet have to learn—she teaches me that and still teaches me that.  No matter how much a person may treat her wrong, she forgives, and her reply why she forgives is, “because it is not me to hate, to resent, to hold a grudge, and every human being deserves a second, third, fourth, fifth, etc., chance.”  That makes me want to be a better person.

3. My Love Jessica will never give up on life or herself.  There are days that she will face a challenge and an obstacle and that challenge will challenge her, and unlike many humans who will bow down and not want to face the next day, Jessica swallows those challenges and obstacles, and she challenges that challenge right back.  She teaches me that a challenge and obstacle will do it’s worst, and when that happens, it is our chance to do the worst back to that challenge and obstacle.  That makes me want to be a better person.  

4. My Love Jessica finds happiness in the littlest things.  When a friend calls to say a simple hello, when a friend buys her a small gift, when a friend has success in something– when I tell her I love her, when I say I am sorry, when I do well in one way or another– she finds happiness is the smallest things.  That makes me want to be a better person.

5.  My love Jessica will never put herself first–under any circumstance–even if it means her education and career. When a family member needs her, when a friend needs her, when I need her, she is there and puts herself last.  When I tell her she needs to focus on her school or work before putting others first, she still puts her self first. That makes me want to be a better person.
