When your 17 years old and pregnant life is hard, but if you don’t make the right decisions you doom your child to the same fate.
17 years old,
And already making big decisions.
Like how you gonna survive,
In this world of big fishin.
Everyone tryna hook you.
Tryna reel you in with that bait.
And all you tryna to do,
Is put food on you and your babies plate.
17 years old,
And already got a bun in the oven,
Mistaking a grown mans lust,
For real lovin.
So sad you didn’t learn
From momma’s big mistake,
You could of saved yourself,
From a world of heart ache.
17 years old,
And now your all on your own.
The wind is bitter cold,
And your hearts turning to stone.
Gotta make the right choice,
And solve life’s big mystery.
Otherwise your baby girl,
Is doomed to repeat history.
