A Better Life

A poem.

There’s no turning back

Its all over now

No more running and hiding

Or sitting on my cloud

I had enough time

And now I’ve figured out

What everything means

And what my life’s all about

Praying again to hope for more

For family and friends

Love, and end of war

Believing in something

That will make us see

Happiness eternally

A lifelong joy inside of you

You have his heart and it is true

Shed his blood for us to live

Commit a sin and he’ll forgive

Only one favor in return

Believe in him, and let him earn

Your soul when you are done and threw

A better life is waiting for you
