A day at the beach can be relaxing and grand.

From a picnic on the beach to building castles in the sand.

You can splash in the waves during the day or walk along the beach during the quietness of the night.

You can relax and watch the children play, or take a moment and watch a bird in flight.

Enjoying the sun that may not be there tomorrow

while laying aside all of your heartache and sorrow.

At the beach you can do anything while you relax.

Then you come home to the real world and realize that you have to go back.
