A jeweled butterfly in a digital web.

Image via Wikipedia

I speak in puddles
But I write in oceans.
My mouth works overtime
In order to cash the checks
That my keyboard writes.

My fingers brim
With thoughts of stars,
Celestial dances.
The lunar tide of my mind
Flooding the screen
With my voice.

Sweeping grandeur
And probing acuity
Captured in words and phrases,
Displayed for all,
A jeweled butterfly
In a digital web.

Good poem with nice structure. I wish that i could cash some big checks that my keyboard writes, or any checks. Well done.
