International relationships cover a whole gamut of factors governing diplomacy. The process can be long and tiresome, but the focus on the core of the intent cannot be shifted.

Diplomats try to shatter the “rocks” of disagreements
to “bits and pieces” of peace and goodwill among nations,
while scattering as many “pieces” as possible
across treacherous, rolling sands of bigotry and fanaticism.
Yet, large portions of the “rock” might be unyielding,
while diplomats continue to pick up
the scattered “pieces.”
