A very seasoned poet

Once wrote

“I like your poetry

But I do not understand

What you wanted to convey,

Well then my poet

That is what poetry is all about.

Well done.’’

With your seasoned comment

I think

This is my third worthy poem,

The remaining over 1200

Are perhaps trash rightly

So as I keep saying

To all you wonderful poets

Out there at the top of my voice

I am no poet

Yet you all insist

I am

And still continue

To gladly suffer me

Thank you my friends

You all are so kind

Thus all of you

I must remind

Poems I shall

Continue to grind
