Water is acqua in Italian. There are people who say that you have to drink water to clear your throat. Therefore a liter of water per day is enough to keep you running.
The fish are now the reason
they put you to sleep and calm
you so that you can with reason
see again what is to be calm
because in fact the good reason
is to be who you are always calm
and not an object of any reason
but a subject of any thing that is calm
