Climbing a ladder to my lover’s house and a jaunt on the beach of the Pacific Ocean are a blast as two lovers reconciled their differences.

I’m coming to get you

Even though

You took down the staircase

Which lead to your house

- – -

I’ll use a ladder

To climb high into the blue sky

Where you think you can hide

- – -

I’ll be bringing a sturdy rope

To let us down

Through a bedroom window

So no one could see

- – -

Renee, that’s how much I love you

Can’t you see?

- – -

As we make our descent to earth

I’ll hold you in my arms

And whisper in your ear

“Goodbye to the way we were

For this will never happen again”

- – -

It’ll be the end

Of our on again off again affair

As we journey by foot to a sea of possibilities

To be with the rising and falling waves

Rolling in to greet us

- – -

I’ll be singing “such is what love is made of

When it’s sunny and bright

With a chill wind at our side”

Hardly are there any birds in flight

But for old time sake let us dip

Our feet in the cold water of the Pacific

And watch its bubbling foam

- – -

While picking up sea-shells on a vacated beach

It’s good to fool around

Snuggle and enjoy some of the pleasures

That our titillating universe offer

It’s so sweet for us to be one once again

- – -

We’re elated

Having found one another

To make these precious moments

Quite a blast which will last
