Every day can’t be a good day. I know that, but….

When it rains it pours and last week I had a storm.
I’m really glad that what I had was not the usual norm.
First I locked up my desk top–I mean locked it up tight.
Had to take it to town and let the man make it right.
(He chuckled because it was my fault.)

Then before I could use it some guy in a truck
Drove off the road–hit a pole–of all the bad luck.
Now I’ve got no power–I’m left in the dark.
My computer works but my lights don’t.

I’ve had days when everything that could go wrong did go wrong. They are no fun at all.
