Short poem about finding love and not expecting, or even looking to find.

I kissed your lips last week,

I wanted you.

I fell in love last night,

never wanting to.

You came into my life,

so warm and unexpected.

You broke through to my heart,

so scared and over protected.

I fell in love last night,

never thinking I would.

I gave you my heart,

never thinking I could.

A love unexpected,

both scary and new.

I am helpless,

I’ve fallen for you.
