Do not be harsh on the words you use.  It doesn’t hurts you.

But the tone of words you use hurt those working for you, especially me.

We are the people that keep your company going, that make you shine like a star.

So make this a friendly and better work environment for all of us here.

Please be considerate on the workloads that you added on us lately.

Though you have got high expectations, do remember no one is perfect, including you.

Words spoken can not be taken back, no matter how many times you apologise.

The hurts that you have created each time can be forgiven but can not be forgotten, the scars remain.

Though we go to different Christian schools of thoughts, the principles remain.

You look soft and kind from the outside but harsh and impatience in the inside.

If you hadn’t realised, those who work directly under you pray very hard each day to continue their jobs.

I pray one day God will pass this message through me to you….
