A million times…
I’ve felt God near
lending a hand and a listening ear.
Granting me strength to walk another mile,
times were sad and I never smiled.
He brought me happiness as I conversed with Him,
my soul sensed peace and comfort within.

A million times…
I’ve felt lonesome and blue,
feelings of doubt and lacking confidence too.
He nudged me as I wanted to give up,
wiped my tears and filled up my cup.
My steps are wider as I walk in His light,
most times now I’m filled with total delight.

A million times…
I’ve seen His guiding light
as I was in darkness and without any fight.
A ray of hope slipped in to get me through,
there wasn’t a doubt…He was with me too.
His love and care has never let me down,
I’ll lean on Him to remain calm and sound.
